These properties are typically resort condominium units, in which multiple parties hold rights to use the property, and each sharer is allotted a period of time (typically one week, and almost always the same time every year) in which they may use the property. ".So for just a small amount of money youbuy the right to use an apartment,or studio in wonderful hotels all over the world-it`s amazing.Yes there is a little thing-there are fees for maintenance but it is about 100-200 pounds(300-400$) a year-nothing compared to price for this apartment,and the long process of reservation,right.So turn on your browser,type ebay and start searching for the right timeshare for you.
